We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Original proof of purchase is required

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

1. Email us at thattorpedo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thattorpedo@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
